We promise to make this quick. On this page are two waivers. One is for every person participating in a paint night. The other is for the host or the person whose property or business we will be using to party.

PARTICIPANT WAIVER

Whether you are planning to paint, splat, splash or supervise, every person who will be attending or is the parent of a participant must fill out a waiver.

SERVICE AGREEMENT

This is for the host with the most. If we are using your property, business, parking lot, plot of land, air space or wherever you plan on hosting this crazy shindig, we need you to agree to a few minor terms before we can continue. Muahahacoughcough
