Service Description
This isn’t your average paint night—This is a mobile guided paint party with a tent! Choose between a UV Glow Party (blacklights and fluorescent paint) or a classic acrylic paint night. We'll guide you step-by-step through your chosen design, but don't worry—there’s still plenty of room to break the rules (artistically speaking). 🎨 Base price is for 6 people and includes: -Full Paint Riot tent setup + teardown -Guided paint instruction (1.5 hrs) -UV Glow or Standard Acrylic paint (your choice) -11x14” canvas per person (for 6 guests) -Brushes, aprons, water cups, table covers -Painting aprons -Self-contained power source—no plug-ins needed -Bluetooth speaker for your playlist -30 minutes setup / up to 60 minutes cleanup 👥 Want more mayhem? Add up to 9 more guests (15 total max) for $25/person ➕ Just mention the total headcount in your booking notes—we’ll invoice the extras separately 📌 Please Note: 📏 We require a flat, accessible outdoor area of at least 20x20 feet for the tent setup. Driveways, backyards, and parking lots (with written permission) all work great! We take care of everything—including power and protection. ⚠️ While all of our paint is nontoxic, it does have the potential to stain clothing. We do provide aprons, but please dress for the mess.
Cancellation Policy
To secure your Paint Riot party, we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. This deposit confirms your reservation and allows us to prepare your customized experience. The remaining balance is due no later than the day of your event. We require a minimum of 30 minutes prior to your scheduled party time for setup, and up to 60 minutes afterward for cleanup and takedown of our riot-ready paint tent and materials—please ensure your space can accommodate this window. If you need to cancel your event, we ask for at least 7 days’ notice to receive a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations made with less than 7 days’ notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit, as we’ve already started prepping for your party. If you need to reschedule, we’re happy to do so at no cost with a minimum of 72 hours’ notice. Rescheduling requests made less than 72 hours before your party will incur a $50 rescheduling fee, and rescheduling is subject to availability. We get that life happens, but we also put a lot of prep into your riot—so thanks for helping us keep things fair and fabulous. If you have any questions before booking, don’t hesitate to reach out.
