2. Responsibilities of Host
The Host agrees to:
Provide a clear, safe, and accessible area for setup, activity, and teardown.
Allow access to water if required.
Ensure that all participants sign individual waivers provided by The Paint Riot.
Monitor guests for behaviour that may result in excessive property damage or unsafe actions.
3. Acknowledgment of Risk & Property Waiver
The Host acknowledges that despite best efforts, the nature of The Paint Riot’s activities may result in:
Paint splatter on surfaces, landscaping, or personal belongings.
Minor property wear from foot traffic, equipment setup, or participant movement.
The Host hereby:
Waives any claim for damages to personal property, landscaping, or structural elements resulting from the event.
Agrees that The Paint Riot is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage occurring on the property during the event.
4. Cancellations & Weather
Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable unless due to severe weather or emergencies agreed upon by both parties. Rescheduling will be made in good faith.
5. Indemnification
The Host agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The Paint Riot and its affiliates from any and all claims, actions, or demands resulting from injury, loss, or damage occurring during or in relation to the event, including any third-party claims.
6. Entire Agreement
This agreement constitutes the full understanding between both parties and supersedes all prior discussions or communications.
